Returns & Exchanges Policy

Please note that our policy is strongly enforced.

We are sorry that you would like to return your order.

  • However, we accept returns in exchange for store credit ONLY of the value of the merchandise under the circumstances that the return is done within 2-4 business days for International Orders after receiving the order. The return should be resent unworn, undamaged, unused and unwashed in the same packaging with tags it has been delivered in for the return to be valid and approved. If a product is not in its original state, customer is responsible for paying to return products back to them.  After the grace period there will be no returns or exchanges. 
  • Domestic orders returns and exchanges must be done within 1-2 business days after receiving the order in. The return should be resent unworn, undamaged, unused and unwashed in the same packaging with tags it has been delivered in for the return to be valid and approved.   • Any concerns or queries about our merchandise should be reported to us via email info@shoparisar.com immediately after receipt of all orders to be considered credible.

All sale items are FINAL and will not be considered eligible for returns and exchanges under no circumstances. 

Pre Ordered Private Label- made to order merchandise will not be approved for exchanges and store credit.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all returns.

Delivery and Shipping costs are non refundable services once fulfilled and will not be considered when approving store credit.
