Returns & Exchanges Policy

Please note that our policy is strongly enforced.

We are sorry that you would like to return your order. 

  • Returns 

We do NOT OFFER refunds/exchanges/store credit on custom made items / Items that are made to order/ARISAR/Private Label. Due to the nature of custom made garments we cannot facilitate refunds/returns on the items.
  •  If you do not approve our refund policy it is in your best interest to not shop with us as we will not be held responsible for custom made garments once they have been finished and delivered.

     We offer returns and exchanges/store credit on items that are not custom.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. This is subject to change at our discretion.

    Additional non-returnable items:
    Gift cards.


    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and agreement that we will accept the return.

    However, we accept returns in exchange for store credit Or Exchange of an item of the value of the merchandise under the circumstances that the return is done within 2-4 business days for International Orders after receiving the order.
  • The return should be resent unworn, undamaged, unused and unwashed in the same packaging with tags it has been delivered in for the return to be valid and approved. If a product is not in its original state, customer is responsible for paying to return products back to them.  After the grace period there will be no returns or exchanges. 
  • Domestic orders returns and exchanges must be done within 1-2 business daysThe return should be resent unworn, undamaged, unused and unwashed in the same packaging with tags it has been delivered in for the return to be valid and approved. If a product is not in its original state, the customer is responsible for paying to return products back to them. After the grace period there will be no returns or exchanges.
  • Any concerns or queries about our merchandise should be reported to us via email info@shoparisar.com immediately after receipt of all orders to be considered credible.

Sale Items if defected are not available for returns or exchanges.

Pre Ordered Private Label- made to order merchandise will not be approved for exchanges and store credit.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all returns.

Delivery and Shipping costs are non refundable services once fulfilled and will not be considered when approving store credit.
